2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.25 tsp Cinnamon, ground1.0 dash Salt2.0 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh0.5 tsp Baking Powder0.5 cup dry Oatmeal (plain)
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Let the batter sit for 20 minutes to thicken. Heat skillet and spray with cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cup of batter per pancakes into the skillet and cook one to two minutes or until ready to flip. Finish cooking until done and serve. It is sweet enough without adding syrup. Best eaten with some fruit.
