Ingredients
Directions
12 serving Chicken Breast, Kirkwood, Boneless Skinless, 4 oz 24 serving Buffalo Sauce, Essential Everyday, 1 tbsp
1. Pour enough buffalo sauce to cover the bottom of the slow cooker.
2. Layer frozen chicken breasts and sauce until they are all in the slow cooker.
3. Put the lid on and cook on low for at least 8 hours.
4. Using tongs, the chicken should pretty much shred on its own once cooked thoroughly. Mix until it's shredded to your liking.
Serve as sandwiches or just eat it as it is. I like to serve with some light ranch dressing and celery.
