Chicken Gyro Salad

Ingredients
1 1tsp Olive Oil 0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.50 serving Ralph's Wheat Pita Bread 1 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips 4 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato 2 cup Baby Spinach (raw) 0.50 tbsp Celery Salt 6 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
Directions
Toast 1/2 of wheat pita. Bake chicken breast in the oven with celery salt seasoning. Saute onions tomatoes, and bell pepper.
Place spinach at bottom of bowl, then sauted unions, then chicken, then wheat pita bread. Top with healthy tzatziki sauce (see other recipe).
