12 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato, cut in half1 serving avacado 1 medium, diced1 small (6-3/8" long) Cucumber (peeled), cut into bite size pieces0.10 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) sliced or diced.2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 fl oz Lemon Juice 1 tbsp Cilantro, dried 1 tsp Salt .25 tsp Pepper, black
Cut all vegetables and put in bowl. Add olive oil, lemon juice and Cilantro then toss to coat. Refrigerate or serve immediately. Add Salt and Pepper just before serving.
