250 gram(s) Beetroot (cooked) 1 tbsp Sunflower Oil .15 cup, shredded Coconut, raw 10 gram(s) Chilli, red, raw (by NGILBERT87) 1 tsp Mustard seed, yellow 10 gram(s) Black Gram Dal (Urad Dal) Uncooked (TheDailyPlate) (100g = 3.3 oz) (by TRILLIANTOO)
Boil the raw beetroot in the cooker. Cut them into small pieces. Pour oil in a pan. When hot, put mustard seeds until it crackles and then add raw urad dal and red chilli (whole). Add the cooked/cut beetroot. Add salt and chilli as per need. Cook covered in low flame for 10-15 minutes until the beetroot is fully cooked and soft. Add grated coconut at the end, cook for another 2 minutes.
