GF oatmeal bread

Ingredients
4 cup Oat meal - Quaker quick (by GMA1964) 1 ounce Yeast, bakers 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 6 tbsp Betterbody organic agave with fiber .5 cup Corn Starch .5 cup, stirred Soy Flour 1 tbsp Seeds Chia Better Body Organic (by MLBMACKIE) 1 tsp Salt 4 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Proof yeast in warm water. Combine with remaining ingredients and pour into 2 greased bread pans. Let rise until double, about 45 minutes. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
