3 T Applesauce, unsweetened 1 T Milk, 1% 1/4 tsp vanilla extract1 T Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 1/3 cup Flour, white whole wheat1/2 tsp baking powder1/8 tsp Kosher salt4 tsp packed Brown Sugar, divided1 tsp cinnamon, divided
1. Coat 10 oz. microwavable container with cooking spray.
2. Combine applesauce, milk vanilla, flour, 1 T sugar 1/2 tsp cinnamon, baking powder, & salt, add to Mug.
3. Combine remaining cinnamon & sugar and swirl into batter n Mug.
4. Microwave 60 to 70 seconds until set. Cool 5 minutes & remove to plate.
Serving Size: Single serving
