Low fat artichoke jalapeno dip

Ingredients
2 marinated artichoke hearts (from jar of marinated artichoke hearts)4 tbsp shredded parmesan cheese3 tbsp sour cream (can try low fat) 3 tbsp plain non fat yogurt1 tbsp minced garlic (from tube) 3/4 small jalapeno peppers
Directions
Mince jalapeno peppers and mix with all the other ingredients.

Microwave for about 30 seconds then stir.

Serve right away with your favorite low fat whole grain chip/cracker.
