Ingredients
2 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 2 cup Wheat (whole, dry grain, hard red winter variety) (by GALINKZOO7) .25 cup Wheat germ, crude .0625 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt .0625 cup Pumpkin Seeds (whole seeds, roasted) .25 cup, slivered Almonds .25 cup, shredded Coconut, raw 3 1tsp Canola Oil 1 serving Stevia in the Raw 2 tbsp Honey 35.4 grams Dates 40 grams Figs, dried .25 cup, packed Raisins
Directions
Combine stevia, honey (lightly heated) and oil and beat with a fork until it will combines. Combine this with the rest of the ingredients besides figs, dates and raisins. Combine trying to evenly distribute the sweetener/oil mixture. Toast in a 325 F oven for about 20 minutes stirring several times throughout. Allow to cool at least some before mixing in the fruit and storing.
