One pot sausage and rice

Ingredients
1.0 cup Brown Rice, long grain14.0 oz Kroger smoked sausage2.0 cup Asparagus, fresh6.0 oz Onion, sweet, raw1.5 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
Directions
Brown sausuage and veggies in skillet. Add rice and seasoning (i.e. garlic, salt, etc) and two cups of water. Simmer for 20mins covered, turn off heat, rest undisturbed 10 more mins. Fluff and serve.
