Mum's Beef Strog

Ingredients
1kg Beef, round steak diced1.0 cup Chicken stock salt reduced2.0 cup Mushrooms, canned0.25 cup Tomato Paste0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour1.0 dash Salt1.0 dash Pepper, black1.0 cup Sour Cream
Directions
Dust diced beef in flour, salt and pepper. Brown beef in frying pan. Transfer par cooked beef to slow cooker. Add all other ingredients excluding Sour Cream. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. Mix through sour cream during last 30min of cooking. Serve with pasta, rice or steamed vegetables.
