Ingredients
0.50 tsp Morton Table Salt 1.5 cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free All Purpose GF Baking Flour (by SUN_CLAY) 6 fl oz Water, tap 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp Granulated Sugar 0.75 tbsp Active Dry Yeast .75 tbsp Xanthan Gum - Bob's Red Mill (by CEELEE53) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Dissolve Yeast and sugar in warm water; add, egg and oil mixing for a moment. Add remaining dry ingredients and mix well for about 3 min on med speed. Remove paddle and scrape bowl to forming a ball of dough, return it to the bowl and cover, letting it rise in warm place, about 5 min. Grease pizza pan, wet your fingers, and spread out in your pan, makes 1, 12" round pan. Then add your topping as you desire. Bake at 425 F for 18-20 min Serving Size: a 12' pizza cut into 8 pieces.
