1 serving Bacon (Tyson Thick Cut: 2 slices) 5 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 0.4 serving Cocktail Shrimp (Kroger) Cooked Peeled Deveined with tails off (12 shrimp) 0.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Slice jalapeños in half the long way and scoop out seeds
Dice bacon & shrimp!
Stir bacon and shrimp in with olive oil. Salt and pepper optional.
Fill jalapeños with shrimp/bacon mixture.
Put in oven for 15-20 minutes or until bacon is cooked.
