Ingredients
4 1tsp Olive Oil 50 grams Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 cup Barley, pearled, raw 50 grams Pistachio Nuts 4 oz Spiced Apple Cider 2 cup Arugula 1 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average .5 fl oz Lemon Juice
Directions
cook farro in cider and 2 cups salted water. Simmer 30 minutes. Mix with oil, lemon juice Parmesan cheese and pistachio nuts. Mix in arugula leaves and cherry tomatoes
