Ingredients
0.5 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters) 0.25 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.25 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes 0.25 cup cheese, shredded mozzerella, Kraft FAT FREE (by WESTGATE85)
Directions
Spray large microwave safe mug with cooking spray. Add vegetables and microwave for 45 seconds. Blot to remove excess moisture. Add egg beaters and top with cheese. Continue microwaving for another 30-45 seconds until set.
