Basic Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients
2 cup Flour, white 2 tsp Baking Powder 0.25 cup Granulated Sugar 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) .50 cup Canola Oil 1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 serving Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple 0.25 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry) 0.25 cup pieces or chips Walnuts 0.50 tsp Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Line muffin pans with paper liners. Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. In a large bowl beat eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla for 1 minute. Add flour to mixture, til well blended, do not over mix. Spoon into cups . Bake for 18-20 minutes until muffins spring back when touched.
