Ingredients
16.0 oz Ground beef, lean0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 clove Garlic2.0 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes)30.0 Grams Tomato Paste1.0 tsp Salt1.0 tsp Chili powder0.5 tsp Cumin seed0.5 tsp Pepper, black1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Cook diced onion and garlic in oil until soft Add beef and cook until brown Add seasonings and tomato paste and water Let simmer until half the liquid is cooked down. Serve in regular taco shells or lettuce wraps.
