Paleo Coconut Banana Bread

Ingredients
4 tbsp Dr. Mercola Coconut Flour 2 serving Vital Farms Pasture Raised Eggs - 1 egg 2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 0.25 tsp Baking Soda 0.25 tsp Cinnamon, ground 2 tbsp Butter, salted 1 dash Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 F (218 C). Combine all ingredients in a blender or processor, or mix well together in a bowl until well combined. Pour batter into a bread pan. Cook in oven for 25-30 minutes or until top is lightly browned and the center isn’t gooey (check with a fork or knife!). Remove from oven, and allow to cool before cutting and serving. Serving Size: Makes about 4 slices
