2 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 1 serving Apple - Red Delicious 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw .25 large Onions, raw 2 tbsp Olive Oil 2 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice 1 tsp Garlic powder
mix olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic powder together. finely chop chicken, apple, celery, red onion, and avocado. Mix all together and serve.
