Sourdough spelt bread

Ingredients
1 cup Sourdough Starter (by COFFEECHIT) 1 tbsp Salt 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 tbsp Canola Oil 3 cup Bob's Red Mill Organic Spelt Flour (1 serving = 0.25 c or 30 g) (by DS1222) .5 ounce Yeast, bakers
Directions
Mix starter, water oil and salt. When blended add the flour and yeast. Knead at low speed until dough forms. Check the dough, if dry add water a tablespoon at a time. Dough should be slightly sticky. Turn dough out into oiled bowl, knead slightly and cover. Let rest until doubled in size. Turn dough into oiled bread pan or form a loaf. Let rise again covered 2-3 hours. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
