Ingredients
908 grams Ground beef, lean (or 454 gr beef, 454 gr pork)½ cup Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style)2 large Egg Yolk 2 Spring Onion - thinly sliced2 Garlic Cloves - minced3 tsp Ginger Root - grated fine1 tsp Soy sauce (tamari) low sodium
Directions
Mix all together, roll into balls & bake @ 400 for 25 min.
& cover w/ teriyaki sauce
