200 grams Green Beans (snap) 0.25 cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free 1 to 1 Baking Flour (by AUNTJESSICA) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 50 gram(s) Glutino, gluten free pretzel twists (by SEWNUTS1) .25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 0.125 tsp Black Pepper (Ground) (by TIARENEE)
preheat oven to 425
Crush pretzels into crumbs, then mix in Parmesan cheese, and ground pepper, mix well and set aside in bowl.
Put Flour and beaten egg in separate bowls.
Dredge beans in flour, then egg, then crumb mix, place on baking sheet and back 12-15 min till golden and crispy.
