Scallion Pancakes

Ingredients
Scallions, raw, 1 cup, choppedSalt, 1 tspScallions, raw, 1 cup, choppedSesame Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Combine flour, scallions, salt, and sesame oil and make into small flour ball. Flatten flour ball about 1/4" thick and 4" round. Pan-fried 10 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Makes one pancake. Cut into four pieces.
