Creamy garlic mash potatoes

Ingredients
0.25 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated3.0 clove Garlic, peeled 8.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Red Potatoes, raw2.0 tbsp Parkay Cholesterol Free Butter-53% Vegetable Oil Spread0.5 cup 2% milk, warmed
Directions
Wash and scrub potatoes under running water. DO NOT PEEL POTATOES. Place potatoes in large saucepan cover with water. Bring to a boil then reduce heat. Cover and let simmer for 15-20 minutes or until fork tender. Drain well. Add butter, milk, salt and mash potatoes. Stir in cheese. * You can stir in parsley, boiled eggs, pepper etc when adding cheese. ENJOY! Serving Size: 1 cups/6 serving
