Baked Apples

Ingredients
7 med Apples1/2 cup Brown Sugar, unpacked1/4 cup Raisins, unpacked1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1 cup water (opt apple juice)
Directions
Core Apples

Mix in bowl:
brown sugar
raisins
cinnamon
nutmeg

fill apples, place standing up in glass pan
pour water (or apple juice) around apples.

Can be served with vanilla ice cream. I like by themselves.
