Ingredients
8 cup elbow shaped Macaroni, cooked, unenriched 24 oz Campbell's 100% Tomato Juice - LOW SODIUM 2.5 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes 12 oz Beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, patty, cooked, broiled [hamburger, ground round] onions & salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Brown beef and onions, drain. Add can of diced tomatoes and tomato juice. Add cooked pasta and salt & pepper to taste. Simmer for 15 min and eat. May add a small amount of sugar to reduce acidity of tomatoes.
