Tastefully Simple Chicken Enchilada

Ingredients
32 ounces (2 lbs) Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 16 tbsp (1 cup) Tastefully Simple Simply Salsa (by TSBYAMBER) 8 serving Mission Flour Tortillas, Soft Taco, 8 inch, 49g 14 tbsp (1 8 oz package) Fat Free Cream Cheese 1 cup cheese, shredded moz w/ skim milk (by BUCKEYERN114) 4 tsp Tastefully simple fiesta party seasoning 1 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
Directions
cook chicken breast (I used the crock pot with a little water in it)
shred cooked chicken, remove gristle and fat
mix salsa and let simmer a little longer (I use homemade salsa made with canned tomatoes and Tastefully Simple Salsa Mix, pureed together)

in a sauce pan, mix cream cheese, milk, mozzarella and Tastefully simple fiesta party seasoning, whisk until melted and blended well.
Preheat oven, 400 F
spray pan with cooking spray
Put 4 oz of chicken breast in each tortilla and roll.
place in pan, when they are all done, pour cheese sauce over them
bake for about 15-20 minutes, til heated all the way through.
