1.0 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel)1.0 large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average0.25 large Onions, raw16.0 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano)
Directions
Chop all veggies, add to bowl , add seasoning add vinegar and let sit and marinate for a while..
