Sirloin Tip in Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
12 oz Sirloin Tip steak 4 serving Garlic clove, chopped 5 tbsp balsamic vinager organic 10 serving Lawry's season salt (.25 tsp) (by LLKOOLMOM5) 1 cup (8 fl oz) Soup, beef broth bouillon and consomme, canned, condensed, commercial 1.5 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Mushroom Broth, 1 cup 2 tbsp Basil 2 tbsp Thyme, ground 1 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions, raw 1.5 cup, sliced Sweet peppers (bell) 227 grams Portabella Mushrooms 1 tsp Pepper, black .25 cup Olive Oil 4 tbsp Holland House Marsala cooking wine (by BIGNOKES1) .14 cup Flour, white
Directions
Sautee olive oil with season salt, garlic, onions, sweet peppers, portabella mushrooms slow to caramelize. Under med. Heat. Remove veggies from pot leaving jucies and oil behind. Add condensed beef broth, balsamic vinager, wine. Bring to boil. Add mushroom broth. Thyme, Basil. Bring to boil, reduce to 1/3. Cover lightly, steak with balsamic vinegar. Season salt to taste. Brown meat, grill or broil is best. Slice meat. Return veggies to sauce, throw in meat right before serving. Great over egg noodles.
