1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted 2 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 2 tsp Woeber's Jalapeno Mustard 12 tsp Frank's redhot sauce 15 serving 1 Chicken Wing (2 pieces, 1 drummet/1flat) 34g meat,Skin & bone, Baked, Roasted
Bake chicken wings on foiled cookie sheet 375 oven 60 min. Drain fat offf. Bake unti crispy skin. In large container combine remaining sauce ingredients..remove chicken put in sauce..toss to coat. Return to baking sheet. Broil 3 minutes, turn , broil 3 more minutes. Serve w blue cheese, caesar or ranch dressing, fresh celery and or carrot sticks
