16.0 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck16.0 oz Pork Sausage, fresh, bulk, cooked3.0 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.75 package, small (3 oz) Cream CheeseShredded Italian cheese0.5 cup Pasta Sauce, Hunts Garlic & HerbItalian seasoning SaltPepper
Mix meats, eggs together, add salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray. Fill with 3/4 of meat mixture. Press a small hole in center of each muffin. Place a cube of cream cheese and a spoonful of tomato sauce in hole. Cover with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
