Mediterranean Tuna Antipasto Salad

Ingredients
1 can Kroger Chick Peas, drained and rinsed 2 cans Starkist Chunk White Albacore Tuna in Water, drained 1 large sweet red bell pepper 0.5 cup Red Onion, chopped.5 cup Parsley or fresh herbs of your choice, chopped1.3 tbsp, drained Capers1.5 tbsp Rosemary, chopped4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 8 tbsp Lemon juice .25 tsp Kosher Salt or to taste1 dash Pepper, black 8 cup Salad - Mixed Greens (Fresh Express)
Directions
Combine beans, tuna, pepper, onion, herbs, capers, rosemary, 2 tbsp lemon juice and 1 tbsp oil in a medium bowl. Season with pepper.

Combine the remaining 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp oil and salt in a large bowl. Add salad greens, toss to coat.

Divide the greens between 4 plates or large bowls. Top each with tuna salad.

Serve with warm whole grain bread (not included in calorie count).
