Ingredients
2.0 cup dry Oatmeal (plain)4.0 cup Egg White--All Whites 100% liquid egg whites2.0 tbsp Pumpkin Pie spice4.0 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh3.0 tbsp Chia Seeds Nature's Earthly Choice3.0 tbsp *Flax Seed1.0 cup Stevia erithrytol blend (pyure)(ground down in blwnder to a fine confectionary powder)
Directions
The originsl recipe called for 12 bars however since I added the Chia and flax which was not in the original recipe I cut these down to 24 bars to keep the carb count low. Mashed bananas mix all the ingredients in a bowl, spray large pyrex baking pan( 13x9) . Preheat oven to 350 and bake for approximately 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Serving Size: Make 12 or 24 bars.
