Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients
15 grams Cornstarch0.3 cup Soy Sauce 0.4 cup, packed Brown Sugar 3 clove Garlic 3 tsp Ginger Root 2 tbsp Honey 1 cup water
Directions
Set corn starch Aside (made up with 1/3 cup of water). Put the rest in a pan and the 1 cup water and bring to the boil. Simmer for 5 mins. Add cornstarch, simmer for 2-3 mins (until back of spoon coats).

Leave to cool to room temperature before using
