Pecan Dessert

Ingredients
.65 cup, chopped Pecans 1 oz (20 halves) Pecans 5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .25 tsp Salt 2 tbsp Butter, salted .65 cup Light Corn Syrup 1 cup, packed Brown Sugar 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 serving Pan Coat-Great Value Vegetable oil Spray 1/4 sec spray (by COOTERMR)
Directions
Preheat oven to 450°. Spray 10 ramekins with pan spray. Place them on a large cookie sheet. Mix all ingredients in mixer. Divide mixture among ramekins. Place two whole pecans on top of dessert. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes. Turn oven down to 350° and continue baking for another 10-15 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Top with fat free whipped topping.
