Shrimp Alfredo with Whole Wheat Linguine

Ingredients
1 cup milk, full fat250 grams cooking cream, full fat1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil2 Tbsp butter, unsalted1 box Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Linguine, 100% Whole Grain1 can green peas, green, cooked, boiled, drained, with salt25 large shrimp, cooked7 cloves of garlic, minced6 medium mushrooms, diced1 tsp nutmeg, ground1 Tbsp black pepper1 Tbsp parsley, dried
Directions
1. In a large sauce pan, warm olive oil and butter over medium high. Add garlic and saute for 45 seconds. Add mushrooms and continue sauteing until golden brown. 2. Add drained peas and stir gently to combine. 3. Add cream and stir. Cook to reduce and add milk and spices. 4. When sauce thickens, add shrimp and continue to cook for five minutes. 5. Prepare pasta according to directions on box. Drain and add to sauce. Toss to combine. 6. Enjoy!
