Jamaican Corn Meal Porridge

Ingredients
1/4 tsp Cinnamon, ground1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground1/4 tsp Salt1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract1 1/4 cup Water1/3 cup Yellow CornmealSplenda to taste1.0 cup Friendly Farms Unsweetened All Natural Almond Milk Vanilla 8 oz
Directions
Mix corn meal with 1/4 cup water and salt. Bring the rest of the water and the almond milk to a boil. Add the corn meal and water mixture to the boiling milk and water. Stir well. Simmer 'til as thick as you like it. Add spices and vanilla. Sweeten to taste. Serving Size: 1/2 cup
