8 cup Whole Wheat Flour 6 cup Flour, white 1 cup Bob's Red Mill Vital Wheat Gluten Flour (by LILSTRANGEBREW) 10 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil .75 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar 3 tbsp Salt 12 tsp Active Dry Yeast (by GRTMOMX3) 16 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 4.5 C. Warm water
Add yeast and warm water together and allow it to get bubbly. Then add the rest of the ingredients and knead until well mixed. You may need to add a little more flour. Allow to rise for about 1 hour until doubled in size. Divide dough into 6 equal pieces and knead into bread loaves. Spray your pans and place your dough in bread pans. Allow to rise an hour or until doubled in size and then bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until golden brown and hollow sounding when you tap the tops with your hand.
Serving Size: Makes 6 loaves that will yeild 12 slices each
