Crustless Fat Free Strawberry cheesecake

Ingredients
500 gram(s) Breisgaumilch Quark 0,2% Fett (by NINA235) 2 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 70 g Icing Sugar (UK) 1 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol 3 tbsp Jam, Smucker's Strawberry
Directions
Mix 500g quark, 2 eggs, 70g icing sugar and the vanilla in a stand mixer on high until light and fluffy. The more you aerate this the better.

Heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 30-45 min. Should be firm with a little jiggle.

Let it cool completely then spread strawberry jam on top and serve with ftesh strawberries.
