Yummy Shrimp & Vegetables in Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
453.5 grams Shrimp, raw 1 large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average .5 cup Tomato Sauce 2 cup Bodi [Raw, Green] Yardlong Beans 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 1 tsp Ginger Root 1 small Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 tsp Lea & Perrins Worcester Sauce (by ELEGIACSTANZAS) 1 tbsp Marjoram, dried 1 tbsp Cilantro, dried 1 tsp Chesapeake Bay Style Seasoning (Old Bay) (by MISSMM) 1 tsp paprika2 Caribbean Pimento peppers.5 serving Caribbean Pimento Pepper (4 peppers) 1 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
Directions
Season shrimp with old bay and set aside. Heat up coconut oil & add pimentos and garlic, allow it to flavour, add some table salt, then the Bodi, then carrots, allow to cook for a few minutes. Then add all other veggies and cook until slightly tender. Add in Tomato sauce and all other seasonings. Season to taste... Finally add in shrimp and cover to allow shrimp to cook quickly. Serve
