12 tbsp ARTISANA COCONUT BUTTER 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 12 tsp Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
Blend in a nut grinder organic coconut unsweetened flakes, or use already blended coconut butter. Make enough that you have 1/2 a cup of nut butter. If you make your own nut butter maybe add some Kerrygold Butter or coconut oil to loosen it up. Mix the nut butter together with the remaining ingredients. You can add vanilla or lemon or sugar free chocolate chips. Using a spoon shape balls of mix and then flatten with thumb or back of spoon. They do not spread a lot so you must flatten them. Bake until a little golden on the bottom around 13-15 mins.
