Mixed berries & peaches brown betty

3/4 cup frozen blueberries3/4 cup frozen blackberries3/4 c up frozen raspberries3/4 cup frozen peaches2 slices whole wheat bread1/2 cup sugar1/4 cup flour2 tbsp butter, melted
Put the frozen fruit into a microwave-safe container with 1/4 cup of sugar and thaw out in the microwave. Meanwhile, put the bread into a food processor and process into crumbs. Add 1/4 cup of sugar. Drizzle with melted butter and process again.
Put the fruit mixture into the small crock pot bowl. Sprinkle the flour on top and then stir in. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top.
Cook on high for one to two hours, until bubbly. and fruit is a little bit thickened. Keep an eye on it as this goes from "done" to "burnt" pretty quickly.
