Ingredients
2.5 serving Tuna, Starkist Chunk White Albacore in Water (2.5 servings) 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia. Baked Potato, with skin 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 tbsp Butter, unsalted 1.5 cup Peas, frozen 0.1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 2 serving Cabot Extra Sharp White Cheddar Cheese - 1 oz. 0.5 cup Milk, 3.25%
Directions
Microwave potato, cool and cube Thaw frozen peas Sauté onion in butter, sprinkle with flour, stir in milk thicken and add sliced or shredded cheese Mix tuna, potato cubes and peas gently toss with onion cheese sauce Bake at 350 for 30-40 min Serving Size: 3- 1 cup
