0.5 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 4 oz Fage Total 0% Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt 4 oz Silk cashew milk unsweetened .6 tbsp Chia Seeds Nature's Earthly Choice 1 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened)
Directions
Mix cashew milk with yogurt. Add other ingredients. Place in refrigerator until at least the oatmeal has absorbed the moisture.
