3.0 large (8-1/4" long) Cucumber (peeled)8.0 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar2.0 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average4.0 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil1.0 slice, large (1/4" thick) Onions, raw6.0 tsp Granulated Sugar
Directions
Chop all veggies Mix oil and vinegar Salt and pepper to taste Marinate a couple hours
