Terrific Tuna Salad

Ingredients
1 can tuna, in water (drained)1/3 cup no-sugar added applesauce1/4 cup chopped onion1 boiled egg white, finely chopped1 Tbsp. pickle relish2 Tbsp. lite mayonnaiseSalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together. Season to your taste.

Enough for 4 sandwiches.

The applesauce takes the "fishy" taste away!
