2 tbsp Flax Seed, Cold Milled Golden Flax Seed by Flax USA 26 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g 8 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla 1 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted 1 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol
Directions
Blend all the ingredients together in a high powered blender.
I eat it at room temperature.
