Ingredients
1.0 tbsp Basil1.0 tbsp, crumbled Bay Leaf1.0 tsp Pepper, black1.0 tsp Salt2.0 1tsp Coconut Oil3.0 tsp Garlic6.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap2.0 cup Lentils16.0 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean1.0 serving 3 Pepper & Onion Blend, Kroger (frozen) - 1 cup
Directions
Add oil, frozen veggie mix, garlic and basil to skillet. Cook till veggies are thawed. Add ground turkey and seasonings. Cook till browned. Add 2 cups rinsed lentils, bay leaves and 6 cups of water. Bring to boil then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Serving Size: Makes 8 1.5-cup servings
