1.0 tbsp Basil1.0 tbsp, crumbled Bay Leaf1.0 tsp Pepper, black1.0 tsp Salt2.0 1tsp Coconut Oil3.0 tsp Garlic6.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap2.0 cup Lentils16.0 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean1.0 serving 3 Pepper & Onion Blend, Kroger (frozen) - 1 cup
Add oil, frozen veggie mix, garlic and basil to skillet. Cook till veggies are thawed. Add ground turkey and seasonings. Cook till browned. Add 2 cups rinsed lentils, bay leaves and 6 cups of water. Bring to boil then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
