3.0 cup Asparagus, fresh3.0 clove Garlic1.0 tsp Ginger Root28.0 gram(s) Avocado Oil - Chosen Foods - 1 TBSP1.0 serving Baked Chicken Breast, skinless (1 breast)1.0 tbsp Salt1 tsp crushed red pepper
Directions
Put the oil on the pan, add the chicken, sea salt and the crushed pepper. When the chicken change color removed it from the pan then add the Asparagus, garlic ginger salt. When the asparagus change to a bright green color add the chicken and enjoy it
