Turkey Stir Fry

Ingredients
16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean .5 serving 1 small orange pepper (by KATHRYNJ05) .25 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 1 cup frozen brocolli florets 1 clove Garlic
Directions
Brown turkey when almost done add peppers, broccoli (pre cooked), garlic, seasonings and 1/2 cup water. Simmer until vegetables are tender. serve over brown rice.
